SUNY Erie Community College seeks a full-time Building Management faculty member to teach courses in facilities management, HVAC-R, and construction-related fields. Qualifications

• Minimum of five (5) years of experience in construction, electrical, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering technology, or related field.
• EPA 608 Universal certification for HVAC-R is required for HVAC-R track.
• Journeyman status with five years of verifiable teaching experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates knowledge of subject and relevant standards.
• Prepare syllabi and engaging learning activities.
• Align assessments with course outcomes and provide feedback to students.
• Advise students, hold office hours, and supervise tutorials.
• Contribute to departmental, unit, and college committees.
• Promote inclusive and collaborative College environment.
