Copper Mill Apartments is seeking a Maintenance Assistant HVAC to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the building and grounds through routine procedures and special work orders.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready tasks, diagnosing HVAC and plumbing issues, maintaining pool equipment, and assisting with preventative maintenance. On-call rotation applies to handle emergencies and maintain smooth operations.

Formación

• HVAC (EPA) certification preferred.
• Pool certification preferred.
• Basic knowledge of HVAC systems, furnaces, and plumbing.
• Experience with apartment maintenance, make-ready processes, and work order systems.

Responsabilidades

• Complete maintenance work orders in a timely and professional manner.
• Perform apartment make-ready tasks, including repairs and unit preparation.
• Diagnose and repair basic HVAC systems, furnaces, and air conditioning units.
• Identify and fix plumbing issues such as leaks and minor pipe repairs.
• Maintain pool equipment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Assist with general property upkeep, including preventative maintenance.
• Respond to emergency maintenance requests as part of an on-call rotation.
• This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, and capable of handling a variety of maintenance tasks to keep the property running smoothly.
