Job summary

Grande Aire Services in Southwest Florida is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain residential and commercial systems. You will work hands-on, deliver quality workmanship, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $30-$35 based on experience, a sign-on bonus up to $2000, and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental and vision coverage, a company truck and phone, 401(k), paid

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years HVAC/refrigeration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
• Willingness to learn and participate in cross-training opportunities.
