Job summary

Grande Aire Services in Southwest Florida is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair and maintain residential and commercial systems. You will work hands-on, deliver quality workmanship, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years HVAC/refrigeration experience.
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
Willingness to learn and participate in cross-training opportunities.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
Perform service work in a range of residential and commercial environments.
Accurately document service activities using our electronic reporting system.
Deliver high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service.
Work independently while maintaining company standards and safety practices.
