Job summary

Grande Aire Services in Southwest Florida is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a range of air conditioning and refrigeration systems in residential and commercial settings.

We offer competitive pay of $30–$35 per hour based on experience, a sign-on bonus up to $2000, company truck and phone, comprehensive medical, dental and vision, a 401(k), paid holidays, and opportunities for training and advancement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of HVAC and/or refrigeration experience.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication abilities.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
• Willingness to learn and participate in cross-training opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair a variety of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.
