gpac is assisting a Cleveland-area mechanical contractor in recruiting an HVAC Estimator with 3+ years of mechanical construction estimating experience. The role focuses on pricing and winning commercial projects across Northeast Ohio, including healthcare, education, and industrial sectors.

You will work closely with project management and company leadership from takeoff and pricing through final bid, contributing to a strong backlog and long-term growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of mechanical construction estimating experience.
• Any combination of HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, Sheet Metal, Mechanical Systems.
• Experience with Bluebeam, estimating software, takeoffs, vendor/subcontractor pricing, bid preparation, or design-build work is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Price and win commercial projects throughout Northeast Ohio.
• Collaborate closely with project management and company leadership.
• Handle projects from takeoff and pricing through final bid.
