Job summary

Torrey Holistics is seeking an HVAC Estimator in Dallas, TX to interpret residential blueprints and CAD drawings, perform load calculations, and design duct layouts for new construction homes. You will determine material quantities and labor costs to secure bids and support the installation teams.

You will collaborate with sales and administrative staff, forecast material needs per blueprint, and ensure accurate, timely bid packages.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Basic CAD operating skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook (1+ year).
• English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Overtime with little notice may be required.

Responsibilities

• Interpret blueprints and CAD drawings to create HVAC load calculations and designs.
• Estimate materials and labor costs for HVAC installations in new homes.
• Communicate with sales/administrative teams as needed and provide bid information to the division.
• Forecast material needs per blueprint and ensure timely bid packages.
• Adhere to safety and company policies; perform other duties as assigned.
