Allegiance Group in Sarasota, FL is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator to support the growth of its commercial division. The role focuses on estimating and bidding HVAC projects, with additional duties in business development and project management.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical knowledge and established industry relationships to win new business and manage projects from initial estimate through to completion.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, project costing, and gross margin management.
• Experience managing projects from bid through to completion.

Responsabilités

• Prepare accurate estimates and competitive bids for commercial HVAC projects.
• Assess project costs, labour, materials, and gross profit margins.
• Develop relationships with general contractors, property managers, and commercial clients to generate new business.
• Identify opportunities and manage a pipeline of commercial HVAC projects.
• Oversee projects from successful bid through to completion, ensuring budgets, timelines, and quality standards are met.
• Build long-term client relationships and generate repeat business.

The Role

An established, privately owned HVAC company is seeking an experienced Commercial HVAC Estimator to support the growth of its expanding commercial division. The role will focus primarily on estimating and bidding commercial HVAC projects, with additional responsibilities in business development and project management.
