Elite Heating and Cooling is hiring an HVAC Estimator to support an overloaded estimating department and help manage a steady flow of new construction opportunities. This is a technical estimating role with project coordination responsibilities, serving as a go‑between with general contractors and superintendents in the field. The ideal candidate has a mechanical engineering background and wants to grow within HVAC estimating in a hands‑on, fast‑moving environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare HVAC estimates for new construction projects
• Support commercial and residential estimating efforts
• Coordinate with general contractors and field superintendents
• Review plans, specs, and project requirements
• Assist with takeoffs, pricing, and scope development
• Help keep estimating workflows organized and on schedule

Qualifications

• Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent a plus
• HVAC estimating experience required
• HVAC internship or related estimating experience preferred
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Ability to communicate professionally with GCs and field teams
• Detail‑oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities

Pay and Benefits
