Job summary

Safe Air Technology is seeking an Electrical Panel Technician to join our production team in Baton Rouge, LA. You will assemble and wire electrical panels and control boxes for our explosion-proof HVAC systems, ensuring safety and quality in every build.

We're hiring someone with 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical or HVAC manufacturing, able to read blueprints, and proficient with wire cutters, crimpers, and testers. A high school diploma is required; technical training is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on experience in electrical or HVAC manufacturing.
• Ability to read blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Proficient with basic electrical tools and testers.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and wire electrical panels, control boxes, and components.
• Measure, cut, and route wire and cable assemblies.
• Crimp, solder, and connect terminals and plugs precisely.
• Conduct continuity and performance tests with meters and tools.
• Inspect final assemblies to meet specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot build issues.
