Job summary

Airline-Hydraulics-Corporation- seeks a technician to wire electronic components, assemble control panels, and enclosures in a high-volume production setting. Strong reading of schematics and BOMs required.

Candidates should be proficient with hand tools, multimeters, and measuring devices; knowledge of PLC terms and AC/DC control circuits is a plus. On-site work with potential forklift use; training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience wiring electrical control panels and interpreting schematics.
• UL 508A experience is a plus.
• Read and interpret schematics and electrical specifications as required.
• Working knowledge of AC & DC control circuits, including single and three-phase motor control, PLC terminology/function.

Responsibilities

• Wiring electrical control panels efficiently in a high-volume production setting.
• Reading and interpreting electrical schematics and BOM/drawings or verbal instructions.
• Laying out, machining, populating, and wiring of electrical control enclosures.
• Assemble mechanical and pneumatic components as required.
• Use common hand tools, drills, taps, saws, knockout punches, and multimeter.
• Verify work by continuity checks or functional tests.
• May operate a forklift; training provided.
