Ford Motor Company is seeking an engineer to advance HVAC EBA design and verification across multiple platforms. You will collaborate with vehicle architecture, body, electrical, and attribute teams to ensure designs meet customer requirements and production needs.

The role includes leading design development with suppliers, participating in design reviews, and supporting lab testing and verification activities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in climate control HVAC EBA component design development.
• Proven history of design and verification related to HVAC components.
• Knowledge of thermal systems components.

Responsibilities

• Support creation and maintenance of Core Engineering Documents (FMA Documents, Requirements and Test Procedures).
• Support Technical Design Reviews for System/Subsystem/Component.
• Lead design and development of new HVAC EBA with Full Service Suppliers.
