Job summary

CCI Mechanical, LLC is seeking a Sheet Metal Mechanic to install, maintain, and repair HVAC ductwork across residential, commercial, and industrial sites. The role reports to the Holt, FL area with surrounding locations and involves long hours when production requires.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of construction experience.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems, ductwork design, and installation techniques.
• Ability to read blueprints and understand plans.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work in confined spaces.
• Detail-oriented with accurate measurements and sealing.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Installing ductwork according to blueprints with minimal air leaks.
• Inspecting and maintaining ductwork to ensure optimal airflow.
• Repairing damaged ductwork and replacing sections as needed.
• Fabricating duct components by cutting, bending and joining sheet metal.
• Installing insulation to improve energy efficiency.
• Diagnosing duct system issues and implementing fixes.
• Using tools such as shears, brakes, crimpers and drills.
