EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking a Mechanical Drafter II in West Sacramento, CA, to provide drafting and engineering support for the Mesa Energy Systems Engineering Group. The Mechanical Drafter II will apply their drafting experience to support the Engineers and Team Members.

This person will be presented with projects across commercial, industrial, government, healthcare and education markets. You will use AutoCAD/REVIT and participate in site surveys, drafting layouts for mechanical

Qualifications

• AAS or 1-year CAD focused certificate from a college.
• 4+ years CAD drafting experience with AutoCAD/REVIT training.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
• Knowledge of mechanical permitting submittals.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Assist engineers by drafting HVAC schematics.
• Support site surveys for as-built data.
• Develop layouts for mechanical systems.
• Convert field surveys for plans.
• Use AutoCAD to develop plans.
• Maintain CAD libraries and standards.
• Support submittal packages and related tasks.
