Job summary

EMCOR Services Mesa Energy is seeking a dispatcher to support our local office by coordinating service and maintenance accounts across a defined geographic area. You will work with technicians and sales support to ensure timely sale and execution of projects, while handling general administrative tasks as directed by the Branch Manager.

Key responsibilities include taking client service calls, scheduling and dispatching, and maintaining accurate job logs and payroll documents.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service background required.
• General computer skills including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Previous HVAC industry experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Take client service calls and open jobs as needed following all proper procedures.
• Schedule the calls along with all previously scheduled work.
• Dispatch techs on previously scheduled maintenance and service calls.
• Enter materials, truck charges, recommended repairs, and the work summary from the work ticket.
