Job summary

Rocket Cooling in Key West, FL is seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to serve as the central point of coordination for scheduling, parts, and warranty support. You’ll manage daily dispatch for service calls, with ServiceTitan experience and a customer-first mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience in HVAC, plumbing, or skilled trades dispatch is strongly preferred.
• Experience with ServiceTitan or similar field service software is a plus.
• Clear, confident communicator with customers and technicians alike.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage moving parts.
• Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
• Experience handling warranty claims, parts coordination, or vendor follow up is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls with professionalism and warmth.
• Schedule and dispatch technicians for service, maintenance, and installs.
• Monitor and adjust the schedule to ensure efficiency and coverage.
• Track and process manufacturer warranties and coordinate with suppliers.
• Order and follow up on parts needed for service and install jobs.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure readiness and equipment.
• Use ServiceTitan to manage dispatching, customer records, and progress.
• Keep detailed notes and follow up on tasks to avoid delays.
• Help create a smooth customer experience before, during, and after jobs.
• Collaborate with the GM and team leads for improvements and growth.
