Howard Air is seeking a Dispatcher to efficiently assign technicians to calls and ensure on-time arrival using set procedures. The role requires prioritizing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and communicating clearly with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of versatile Dispatch experience.
• Strong phone and interpersonal skills.
• Computer literacy and data entry skills.
• Ability to interpret city/county maps.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch technicians to calls using established procedures.
• Confirm appointments and ensure timely technician arrival.
• Analyze data from past appointments to assign appropriate technicians.
• Communicate opportunities to drive performance and meet goals.
• Monitor a geographic territory to optimize appointment outcomes.
