Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sells and promotes in-stock items; provides alternatives and converts requests to stock brands.
• Upsells customers on complementary products beyond original order.
• Promotes current programs and sales.
• Follows through on commitments to customers (communications, bids, existing orders).
• Proficient with related computer systems; willing to train.
• Ensures high quality output by following procedures and correcting issues.
• Addresses customer needs by recommending suitable products or services.
• Organizes work time with a defined time management process.
• Performs HVAC load calculations and designs duct systems using WrightSoft.
• Selects HVAC equipment appropriate for applications.
• Coordinates with contractors for accurate supply/return register locations.
• Conducts site visits to measure homes.
• Occasional deliveries as needed.
