Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Mechanical Engineer with 5+ years of HVAC and plumbing design experience to develop construction drawings and perform field surveys for proposals. You will select equipment, size ductwork and piping, and work with vendors to develop design solutions.

The role requires AutoCAD and Revit proficiency and offers growth in a stable, multi-service environment. Located in Indianapolis, this full-time position features remote-friendly input and a strong compensation package with

Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical engineering experience, specifically HVAC and plumbing design.
• Experience using AutoCAD for construction drawings.
• Experience using Revit for 3D modeling and coordinated drawings.

Responsibilities

• Develop HVAC system construction drawings and specifications for diverse clients.
• Perform field surveys to support proposals and design development.
• Select equipment, size ductwork and piping; coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Develop and adjust project approaches to meet client needs and budgets.
