Selectek, Inc. is seeking a HVAC Design Technician with expertise in mechanical system design for semiconductor or high-tech facilities.

The role requires strong HVAC knowledge and advanced modeling in Revit and AutoCAD, with the ability to develop and coordinate detailed deliverables while collaborating across disciplines. Qualifications

• Associate degree in Computer Drafting & design, or related work experience.
• Experience in building mechanical design systems in semiconductor or related high-tech facilities.
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience.
• Extensive modeling & drafting experience using Revit and AutoCAD (or other programs as necessary).
• Strong working knowledge of relevant codes & standards.
• Navisworks expertise in model review.
• Deep knowledge of HVAC and related mechanical systems.

Responsabilités

• Creates, coordinates, and publishes project deliverables including drawings, models, and documentation.
• Coordinate designs and resolve conflicts with / between all disciplines and existing field conditions.
• Performs field survey of existing conditions.
• Reviews specifications and provides input for quality designs.
• Assists with engineering calculations and design development under supervision.
