Responsibilities

• Design and develop complete HVAC systems across all project phases.
• Produce mechanical drawings and construction documents using Revit, Bluebeam, and design tools.
• Perform HVAC load calculations and support efficient, code‑compliant equipment selection.
• Coordinate with multi‑discipline teams including electrical, plumbing, architectural, and structural.
• Support construction phase activities: submittal review, RFIs, meetings, and site visits (travel may be required).
• Prepare specifications, technical documentation, and engineering reports.
