Qualifications

• BS in Mechanical Engineering required.
• 5–10 years of HVAC design experience in relevant facilities.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Experience with equipment selection, calculations, and shop drawings.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; self-starter and organized.

Responsibilities

• Design HVAC systems, layouts, calculations, equipment selection, and specifications.
• Support projects from initial design through construction and project completion.
• Perform LEED analysis and assist with project cost estimating.
• Review shop drawings and coordinate designs with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
• Apply knowledge of building systems and construction processes to develop practical, cost-effective solutions.
• Communicate effectively with clients and project stakeholders while managing work independently.
