Job summary

Liberty Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to design HVAC systems for a range of building projects in Revit MEP. You will develop concepts into buildable drawings and coordinate with architects and engineers to ensure constructible results.

You'll translate codes and standards into compliant designs, producing construction documents and energy-efficient solutions across healthcare, education, and commercial sectors. CAD experience and PE/EIT are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of mechanical or HVAC design/engineering experience.
• Proficiency in Revit MEP.
• Experience with AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and design principles.
• Familiarity with building codes and industry standards.
• EIT certification or PE license a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop mechanical and HVAC designs in Revit MEP from concept through completion.
• Produce construction documents and mechanical design drawings.
• Coordinate HVAC equipment with project requirements.
• Apply mechanical design principles to real-world layouts.
• Incorporate building codes and standards into designs.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects on design and layouts.
• Create coordinated Revit models and sheet sets.
• Support energy-efficient mechanical solutions.
