Job summary

GUNTHERS, Utah's longest-running HVAC company, seeks an HVAC designer to create 3D drawings, perform load calculations, and maintain project docs. You will produce HVAC/plumbing drawings, size connections, and ensure specifications remain current while coordinating with clients and internal staff.

This on-site role requires Revit MEP, BIM 360, Navisworks proficiency, and travel to customer sites. Join a family-oriented culture focused on quality and growth.

Qualifications

• 1+ years HVAC/plumbing design experience.
• Experience with HVAC/plumbing installation and specs.
• Revit MEP (2020-2024), BIM 360, Navisworks proficiency.
• Self-starter with productivity focus.
• Organized, customer-service oriented with strong communication.
• Willing to travel to customer sites; Utah resident or relocation.
• PE license is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Produce 3D HVAC and plumbing drawings, including connections, sizing, tagging.
• Perform HVAC and plumbing load calculations.
• Keep schedules, notes, and specs current on each project.
• Source cut sheets for equipment and add loads/diagrams to job sheets.
• Set up and manage projects in BIM 360; coordinate with clients and team.
