Jay's HVAC Unlimited in Mount Airy, NC is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Manager to lead our maintenance and service teams. You will own department performance, mentor technicians, and drive growth with a results‑oriented leadership style.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HVAC maintenance and service teams to consistently deliver high‑quality work and exceptional customer experiences.
• Schedule and direct technicians while providing technical guidance and operational support.
• Understand the department's business plan and hold the team accountable for meeting and exceeding performance goals.
• Review completed work to confirm it meets company quality and service standards.
• Plan and coordinate technical, sales, and customer‑service training for team members.
• Recruit, interview, hire, onboard, and develop HVAC technicians based on department needs.
• Coach employees, monitor performance, and create opportunities for continued growth.
• Ensure compliance with applicable occupational health and safety requirements.
• Maintain compliance with company procedures, service standards, work instructions, and customer requirements.
• Complete additional responsibilities as needed to support safe and efficient department operations.

Limited on‑call schedule: After‑hours calls are limited to true emergencies involving potential property damage for existing customers. Other calls are scheduled for the following day. Company vehicle: A newer, safe, air‑conditioned company truck. Tools and equipment: Company‐provided iPad, uniforms, and tools, excluding hand tools.

Qualified candidates may be eligible for a sign‑on bonus of up to $10,000!
