Job summary

Baker Distributing Company is seeking a Driver Warehouse Associate to deliver HVAC products safely and efficiently while providing outstanding customer service. The role includes daily truck deliveries, warehouse duties, inventory checks, and maintaining safety standards.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of truck driving experience, a DOT medical certificate, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. CDL is a plus; position is on-site in Alabama.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• CDL license is highly desirable and beneficial.
• Box truck delivery experience and 1+ year driving preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC products daily to customers and other locations safely and efficiently.
• Maintain and organize the warehouse between deliveries.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist with inventory counts and order picking/verifying.
• Observe safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Operate truck and warehouse equipment safely and report hazards.
