Job summary

Baker Distributing is seeking a reliable Driver Warehouse Associate to deliver HVAC products and support warehouse operations. You will represent the company with a focus on safety, efficiency, and exceptional customer service during daily routes and in-between deliveries.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading, inventory assistance, and ensuring accurate documentation, while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Required High School diploma or GED.
• DOT medical certificate required before employment.
• CDL license is a plus; driving role may require it.
• Box Truck delivery experience preferred.
• Minimum 1 year truck driving experience.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC products safely and efficiently to customers daily.
• Load and unload truck, maintain accurate trip/inventory records.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to Sales Center Manager.
• Assist in warehouse tasks including inventory counts and order picking.
• Maintain truck and warehouse cleanliness and safety compliance.
• Follow all PPE, safety protocols, and training requirements.
