Job summary

Baker Distributing Company is seeking a Driver Warehouse Associate to safely deliver HVAC products to customers and other Baker locations. You will also support warehouse operations between trips, with attention to safety and customer service.

The role requires at least 1 year of truck driving, a current DOT medical certificate, and a willingness to obtain CDL. Forklift experience and strong interpersonal skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Minimum 1-year truck driving experience.
• A valid DOT medical certificate is required prior to employment.
• CDL license is highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience with forklift/appliance lift is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and transport HVAC goods daily to customers or other locations.
• Represent Baker Distributing Company with professionalism and customer service.
• Load and unload products from the truck, ensure proper signatures and invoicing.
• Assist in warehouse activities: inventory checks, picking and order verification.
• Maintain truck and workspace cleanliness; follow safety procedures.
• Report safety hazards and participate in safety trainings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
