Job summary

Axis Portable Air is hiring for a full-time, hourly driver/technician role. You will load, deliver and install portable HVAC equipment at various sites, often requiring long drives or overnight stays. You will serve customers on the front lines, provide professional service, and resolve on-site challenges.

Expect rotating on-call shifts, seasonal OT, and a robust benefits package including a team ownership program that rewards ownership and growth opportunities across a rapidly expanding network.

Qualifications

• Driving experience of 1+ years preferred; a 5-year clean driving record is required.
• DOT Medical Card: ability to obtain and maintain.
• Physical Demands: lift 25+ lbs, work in extreme heat or cold, climb ladders.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Technology skills: comfortable with mobile devices, tablets, laptops, and digital records.
• HVAC experience: 1+ year preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver & install equipment to customer sites, including long drives or overnight stays.
• Serve customers with professional, respectful service and on-site problem solving.
• Track activity and updates with your team using company tech and keep records up to date.
• Keep equipment clean, vehicles organized and adhere to uniform standards while delivering service.
