Axis Portable Air is hiring for a field-based role delivering, installing, and servicing portable HVAC equipment across the U.S. The position emphasizes customer-facing service, problem solving, and teamwork, with opportunities to grow within a fast-moving, ownership-driven culture.

You will handle on-site equipment installations, travel to varied sites, and support seasonal demand with rotating on-call shifts. The company backs high-quality benefits and a profit-sharing ownership program.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Ability to lift/push/pull 25+ lbs and work on ladders.
• Strong communication and professional demeanor.
• Comfort with mobile devices, tablets, and laptops for field work.
• 1+ year HVAC technician experience preferred.
• Desire to deepen HVAC diagnostics and field responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Load, deliver and install equipment at customer sites.
• Provide professional, respectful service and address on-site challenges.
• Coordinate with team and document job progress using company tech.
• Keep equipment and vehicles clean and presentable, upholding standards.
