Axis Portable Air is hiring for full-time hourly driver/installer roles delivering and installing portable HVAC equipment across the nation. Expect on-call shifts, overtime opportunities, and a fast-paced, team-driven culture.

You will load, deliver, and install equipment, serve customers on-site, and work with a collaborative team. The role emphasizes growth in HVAC diagnostics and on-site problem solving.

Qualifications

• Driving Experience: 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred; a 5-year clean driving record required.
• DOT Medical Card: Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Physical Demands: Work indoors/outdoors, extreme heat/cold; lift 25+ lbs; climb ladders.
• Communication Skills: Effective communicator with problem-solving abilities and professionalism.
• Technology Skills: Comfortable with mobile devices, tablets, laptops; navigate apps and digital records.
• HVAC Experience: 1+ year of HVAC technician experience preferred.
• A Desire to Grow: Strong desire to deepen HVAC diagnostics, service and responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Load, Deliver & Install Equipment to customer sites for emergencies or scheduled events.
• Serve Customers: provide professional, respectful service and solve on-site challenges.
• Work With Your Team: track activity, communicate notes and updates, stay organized with company tech.
• Uphold Our Standard: keep equipment clean, vehicles organized and adhere to uniform standards.
