Job summary

Axis Portable Air is hiring for a full-time, hourly position in Ashburn, VA. You will load, deliver, and install portable HVAC equipment at customer sites, sometimes with long drives or overnight stays.

You will be the frontline face of Axis, delivering professional service and solving on-site challenges. You should have 1+ year of commercial driving experience, a DOT medical card, and the ability to work outdoors in extreme conditions; our weekly on-call and seasonal overtime are part of the

Qualifications

• Driving experience with 1+ year preferred; clean driving record required.
• DOT medical card able to obtain and maintain.
• Able to work indoors/outdoors in extreme conditions; physical tasks of lifting, pushing or pulling 25+ lbs.
• Strong communication skills and professional demeanor; problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable with mobile devices, tablets, and laptops; digital records.
• HVAC technician experience preferred (1+ year).
• Desire to grow and take on more complex HVAC challenges over time.

Responsibilities

• Load, Deliver & Install Equipment to various customer sites, including long drives or overnight stays.
• Serve customers with professional, respectful service and on-site problem-solving.
• Work with your team, track activity, and update job notes using company technology.
• Uphold standards by keeping equipment clean, vehicles organized, and adhering to uniforms.
