Baker Distributing Company is seeking a reliable Driver Warehouse Associate to join our team. The role involves delivering HVAC products to customers and supporting warehouse operations with inventory, picking, and order verification.

The position requires a valid DOT medical certificate, 1+ year driving experience, and strong customer service skills. CDL is desirable. PPE compliance and safety training are part of the job, with opportunities to grow within a leading HVAC distributor.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent experience may be considered.
• 1+ year truck driving experience is preferred.
• DOT medical certificate required prior to employment.
• CDL licenses are highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC products to customers daily and/or to other Sales Centers.
• Load and unload products from the truck.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to the Sales Center Manager.
• Assist in the warehouse with inventory counts, picking and verifying orders.
• Maintain daily truck maintenance checklist and record in/out times with merchandise returns.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and use PPE as required.
• Report safety hazards or incidents to management.
• Operate truck and warehouse equipment safely, following guidelines.
