Job summary

Baker Distributing Company is seeking a dependable HVAC Delivery Driver & Warehouse Associate to support daily home and commercial deliveries and keep the warehouse organized. You will load/unload, verify invoices, and ensure safe handling of HVAC products while delivering excellent customer service.

Requirements include at least 1 year of truck driving, box truck delivery experience, and a valid DOT medical certificate; CDL is a plus. You must be 21+ and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year truck driving experience.
• Box Truck delivery experience.
• A valid Department of Transportation (DOT) medical certificate is required prior to employment.
• Ability to meet DOT physical qualification standards.
• CDL licenses are highly desirable.
• Warehouse experience, including driving a forklift/appliance lift, is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license if driving is an essential function.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Deliver HVAC products safely and efficiently to customers daily.
• Assist in the warehouse with inventory counts and order picking.
• Collect invoices with signatures and return to the Sales Center Manager.
• Maintain truck cleanliness and perform basic maintenance checks.
• Follow safety protocols and wear PPE as required.
• Operate forklift/pallet jack and other warehouse equipment safely.
• Provide excellent customer service and build lasting relationships.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
