DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company in Coatesville, PA is seeking a full-time HVAC Customer Service Rep to deliver world-class service to our clients. This in-office role offers several flexible schedules and weekend/evening-free hours.

You will answer phones, schedule appointments, and resolve customer issues while keeping the office organized. We provide 100% company-paid medical, dental, life, short term and long term disability, up to 15 days PTO, paid holidays, a 401(k) with 100% match up

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of related experience in HVAC industry and/or customer service training or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to multi-task required
• High school diploma or GED
• Type at least 50 WPM
• Computer and MS Office Suite proficiency
• Have a positive personality
• Phone etiquette
• Ability to problem solve
• Independently prioritize tasks based on importance

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and handle customer inquiries
• Schedule appointments and coordinate service requests
• Resolve customer issues and provide solutions
• Assist with various office tasks to keep operations running smoothly
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the office
