Job summary

Cooper Heating & Cooling in Colorado is hiring a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the first point of contact for customers. You will answer inbound calls, book service appointments using ServiceTitan, and ensure each interaction moves toward a scheduled visit.

The ideal candidate has strong communication, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to stay calm under pressure. This role offers about 20 hours per week, a flexible, schedule-based rotation including weekends,

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or call center experience preferred.
• HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or home service experience is a plus.
• Experience with ServiceTitan is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer and multitasking abilities.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Must have a Flexible Schedule.
• Meet attendance and schedule adherence expectations.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls promptly and professionally.
• Schedule HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and maintenance appointments using ServiceTitan.
• Convert inbound inquiries into booked appointments following company scripts.
• Handle emergency calls with urgency and empathy.
• Confirm appointments and minimize cancellations and no-shows.
• Support outbound calls for estimates, renewals, and follow-up.
