Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Schedule and coordinate service and installation appointments.
• Communicate schedule changes, delays, and appointment information to customers.
• Coordinate with technicians, installers, field supervisors, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Schedule inspections and outside contractors as needed.
• Create and maintain job files and customer records.
• Assist with daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
• Help keep the service calendar organized and routes running efficiently.
• Provide general administrative support to the office team.
• Follow up with customers regarding scheduling or job-related questions.
