Qualifications

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

  • Perform start-up, checkout, commissioning, and troubleshooting of critical environment airflow control systems and HVAC equipment.
  • Support commissioning activities for laboratories, healthcare facilities, clean rooms, and pharmaceutical environments.
  • Read and interpret mechanical drawings, specifications, sequences of operation, and equipment performance data.
  • Perform wiring, terminations, device verification, and functional testing using commissioning tools and software.
  • Diagnose, test, adjust, and balance system components to achieve proper airflow and room pressurization.
  • Maintain installation records, as-built drawings, programming files, and commissioning reports.
  • Participate in job site meetings, walkthroughs, owner training, and final commissioning activities.
  • Enforce safety standards and track company assets.
  • Attend training on lab control and air monitoring systems.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
