Job summary

Carrier Enterprise is seeking a Credit Manager for HVAC products in a hybrid Orlando setting. The role oversees credit extension and collections for an assigned region, working with sales and customers to optimize receivables and reduce write-offs.

It requires strong analytical skills, knowledge of AR systems, and risk assessment, with duties spanning reporting and compliance. One day onsite weekly with a salary range of 70k-80k.

Qualifications

• Experience in credit and accounts receivable processes.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Bilingual English-Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Extend credit and collect A/R per policy and law.
• Collaborate with branch managers, sales team, and customers to resolve credit and collection issues.
• Balance cultivating relationships with customers while minimizing past-due accounts and write-offs.
• Maintain credit files and AR records for the assigned area.
• Handle bonds and liens for the area and provide status reports.
• Attend sales and customer meetings on credit matters and support policy compliance.
• Identify process improvements and opportunities in credit operations.
• Attend special projects as needed.
