Carrier Enterprise seeks an experienced Credit Manager to oversee a multi-million A/R portfolio, optimize credit decisions, and drive collections in a B2B setting. You will partner with Sales and Branch leadership to balance risk with growth, manage bonds/liens, and ensure policy compliance across the region.

Qualifications

• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Understanding of Order Management & AR systems.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, including interpretation of financial statements, credit reports, and industry data.
• In-depth knowledge of credit risk assessment techniques, credit policies, and legal regulations.
• Strong analytical & problem solving skills.
• Excellent written & oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee credit extension and collection of A/R for assigned area in accordance with policy and law.
• Collaborate with branch managers, sales, customers to resolve credit and collection issues, including outbound calls.
• Balance maintaining relationships with customers while minimizing 90+ day past due accounts and write-offs.
• Manage credit files and account receivable records within the area.
• Handle bonds and liens for the assigned area.
• Provide ad-hoc and regular reports to management on account status.
• Attend sales and customer meetings pertaining to credit matters.
