The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

Responsibilities will include troubleshooting and maintaining of plant utilities equipment. This would include HVAC, Refrigeration, Fire Protection, Compressed air and Vacuum Systems. Work closely with Plant Support and Engineering groups to define and implement modifications and improvements in support of continuous improvement.

Your Skills And Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who must have the following qualifications:

• Two-year technical degree in HVAC “completed and verified prior to start”
• Universal certification in refrigerant handling
• Ability to work flexible hours based on business needs and willingness to work overtime on short notice and respond to call-ins.

• Excellent work attendance record
• Fire Protection experience
• Cooling Tower water chemistry knowledge
• Siemens building automation experience
• Requires completion of in-plant HVAC training program.
• Solid understanding of Utilities operations and systems.
