Sid Harvey Industries is seeking a full-time HVAC Counter Sales and Warehouse staff for its West Yarmouth, MA location. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, processing orders, and supporting warehouse operations.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, promoting products, data entry, and ensuring accurate inventory and order fulfillment while maintaining safety and branch appearance.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service at counter and by phone.
• Process orders accurately and efficiently in a computer system.
• Promote products and up-sell to customers.
• Operate forklift and assist with warehouse tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Promptly assist customers at counter and gather needed information.
• Maintain professional conduct with customers and colleagues.
• Promote Sid Harvey products and up-sell where appropriate.
• Enter and retrieve data in the computer system for orders, transfers, pricing, and inventory.
• Follow up on orders and inform Branch Manager of issues or missed opportunities.
• Provide product quotes and assist with loading/unloading deliveries.
• Maintain branch appearance and safety, conduct cycle counts, and assist with year-end inventories.
