Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ year experience in a Counter Sales role, preferably HVAC.
• Proven sales success and excellent customer service.

• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Commitment to safety in the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Interact with customers at sales counter and assist with orders.
• Showroom merchandising and restocking.
• Process sales orders and up-sell items.
• Load/unload products and stock merchandise.
• Verify items received against orders and manage inventory.
• Assist with inventory control and warehouse housekeeping.
• Provide excellent customer service to dealers and end users.
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements.
