Sid Harvey’s is seeking a full-time HVAC Counter Sales associate for its Medford, NY location. You will deliver friendly, prompt service, take orders, and provide pricing and quotes to customers at the counter.

The role emphasizes upselling Sid Harvey products and maintaining a professional image at all times. Responsibilities include data entry, order follow-up, product knowledge, and helping keep the branch well-organized.

Qualifications

• Provide excellent customer service at the counter.
• Promote Sid Harvey products to upsell and grow sales.
• Accurately enter orders, quotes and pricing in the system.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of HVAC products and inventory.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers promptly with purchases and order processing.
• Answer questions and provide information to customers and staff.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of HVAC equipment and parts.
• Keep counter, warehouse and restrooms clean and organized.
• Handle returns, credits and policy explanations as needed.
• Support branch manager with inventory counts and cycle counts.
