Sid Harvey’s, an HVAC wholesale distributor of heating, cooling and refrigeration equipment, is seeking a full-time HVAC Counter Sales associate for the Appleton, WI location.

Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers promptly and courteously with purchases and order processing. Generate sales through add-ons and up-selling, follow up on orders, maintain counter appearance, and demonstrate knowledge of Sid Harvey products to meet customer needs.

• Promptly assist customers at counter. Take orders and provide excellent customer service.
• Promote Sid Harvey products as selling tools toward customer up-selling.
• Handle data entry for orders, transfers, pricing and inventory information.
• Follow up on orders and resolve problems to customer satisfaction.
• Answer phones professionally and assist customers with orders.
