Sid Harvey’s, a leading HVAC wholesale distributor, seeks a full-time Counter Sales associate for its Long Island City branch. You will assist customers at the counter, process orders, provide product information, and promote Sid Harvey’s HVAC solutions with strong service, accuracy, and professionalism.

You will handle data entry, quotations, pricing information, and work to ensure customer satisfaction while supporting branch operations and inventories.

Qualificações

• Experience in retail or HVAC sales is a plus.
• Ability to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Proficient with data entry and basic computer systems.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers at the counter with purchases and questions.
• Process orders accurately and retrieve quotations and pricing.
• Promote Sid Harvey’s products to drive add-on sales.
• Maintain branch appearance and tidy counter/warehouse areas.
• Communicate policies and procedures to customers.
• Support year-end inventories and cycle counts as needed.
