Job summary

2J Supply, now part of Rheem Air Distribution, is seeking a customer service associate for our showroom and order processing. The role involves greeting customers, handling calls, processing orders, and offering HVAC product recommendations to residential contractors.

Knowledge of distributors and HVAC products is a plus. We offer competitive hourly pay, health/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO, holidays, and a 401K with company match.

Qualifications

• Customer Service experience required.
• Sales experience is preferred.
• Distributor knowledge preferred. HVAC knowledge a plus.
• Computer literate and able to learn an inventory system.
• High school diploma or GED completion is required.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a prompt professional manner.
• Answer customer calls professionally, politely and promptly on a multi-extension phone.
• Assist with pulling orders and entry into the database for processing.
• Provide recommendations or solutions to customers regarding HVAC products.
• Accurately process orders and manage customer accounts.
• Stock inventory as needed in the showroom.
• Price out basic quotes & product availability from vendors.
• Process warranty claims.
• General cleaning & showroom upkeep.
• Other duties as assigned.

40+ hours/week-- Monday-Friday-- Normally scheduled 8hours/day - between 7:00am - 4:30pm
