Qualifications

• Vocational/technical degree or associate degree in electronics, mechanical systems, or HVAC-related field.
• Three+ years of industry experience servicing electronic/mechanical HVAC systems.
• Extensive BAS skillsets and HVAC controls knowledge.
• Strong interpersonal skills for customer-facing work.
• Ability to explain technical information to diverse audiences.
• PC experience and HVAC software programming ability.

Responsibilities

• Perform system commissioning using Johnson Controls tools and methods.
• Troubleshoot basic HVAC mechanical, electrical, and controls issues.
• Respond to basic warranty calls and provide service solutions.
• Load system-level controller software and document commissioning.
• Calibrate systems and complete commissioning documentation.
• Maintain safety standards and report progress to customers/contractors.
• Provide quotes and upsell recommendations for efficiency improvements.
• Communicate with customers and contractors on site.
