The role emphasizes strong analytical skills, customer communication, and the ability to interpret mechanical plans while supporting on-site installations and service calls.

Qualifications

• Ability to legally operate a company vehicle.
• Strong analytical skills for software and integration issues.
• Ability to interpret mechanical plans and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspections and assessments of control systems for damage and wear.
• Perform preventative maintenance and software updates on systems.
• Troubleshoot system issues and implement solutions.
• Communicate with customers to resolve technical inquiries.
• Educate users on proper operation and upkeep of control systems.
• Advise on replacements or repairs needed for device components.
• Keep records of repairs and report issues to supervisor.
• Calibrate and verify control system commissioning requirements.
• Instruct customer personnel on operation and energy conservation.
• Update drawings and as-built documentation with redlines.
