Qualifications

• Strong understanding of control system theory with practical experience in PLC programming and HMI/graphics development.
• Experience with sensors and industrial networks for robust control.
• Familiarity with Building Management Systems (BMS/BAS) and network integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain control programs for HVAC systems.
• Design control interfaces for motors, fans, VFDs, and other electrical devices.
• Generate schematic drawings, select components, and prepare technical documentation.
• Support new product development with conceptual designs and layouts.
• Participate in cross-functional improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen) to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to cost-reduction and design-for-manufacturing efforts.
• Prepare and present technical information for both technical and non-technical audiences.
